Our appointment was at 10:20, we did not get our pictures taken until 11:30; why have appointments, if you can't hold true to them??We ended up having two different photographers, the first took our Christmas pictures in about 5 minutes, my daughters hair was a mess, the second photographer ripped his pants from the stride all the way down and no one offered to help him or let him leave, he was very embarrassed, as were we.
And, to top it all off the machine was down and this is now three days later and I have yet to hear that my pictures are ready!!
