Working for this company is even worse than being a customer.If you book an appointment and when can not confirm it we are told to delete the appt from the computer, that is why your appointments are not showing up.
They book every 10 mins sometimes double book, we are told to only spend ten minutes total in camera room with each appointment. They demand associates to maintain a $125.00 sales average and force us to be pushy sales people or lose our jobs. They are the only studio I know that insists they dont hold images after the appointment...forcing customers to buy over priced collections to get their cd...they keep images on file for atleast 6 months sometimes more. If you really want to get a cd...get a 3 pose collection...comes with all of the images from the session and you can download them on Shutterfly and order them for a major fraction of the price they are charging you.
Watch out for hidden $5.99 handling fees on books, free items, calendars and canvases...they charge $5.99 handling fee per item no matter how many you order. The company that makes these items do not charge them a handling fee it is just a way of getting more money out of the customer. The insist you can not use coupon but only once per promotional period,,,,just go to different studios in your area.
They have no way of tracking what studios you visit.There portraits are extremely overpriced,,it costs them about 50 cents per sheet...a shame how they treat their customers.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of misleading. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "rip offs" of employee experience. Portrait Innovations needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
