Had a 3:20 appointment. Got there at 3:15 and there was 5 groups waiting ahead of us. We didn’t even have anywhere to sit. And sections take 30-1 hour. So they wanted us to wait hours just to take pictures. Why are appointments booked on top of each other?
Then I call customer service to voice my concern. The representative (Tanisha) was so dry and showed no concern at all. She could have saved a customer.
This seems like a system breakdown somewhere and some aggressive training is definitely needed.
I’ve been faithfully talking pictures there with my family the last 4-5 years. But I won’t go back.
Customer service is everything. Even if you have a bad experience if the customer service is good you still will have a customer.
And this concern probably won’t go no where. They will read it and roll their eyes. I know how it goes. Sad
