I made an appointment for my 18 month grand daughter. When we arrived at the appointment they never told us there would be an hour and half wait.

No one ever checked back in with us. Needless to say by the time it got time for our session the 18 month old was checked out. It is draining for an adult to sit for and hour and half much less a toddler. Grand baby would not even crack a smile for the pictures.

The photographer never even apologized for running late. I had to end up purchasing pictures that were not even worth purchasing.

I had a gift card that was running out so I had to purchase that day. Her pics were horrible.

I didn't like: No apology for poor service, Scheduling over booked.
