What’s the point of making an appointment when your always hours later taking them?!?! Huge disappointment in the wait. It’s unbelievably ridiculous. Either they schedule too many customers and get backed up or something. Every review is telling of the long wait and it is the truth.

Scheduled a very early time,...and they are already 30 behind schedule. However, this is a huge improvement over last year for us. We have done this for several years, great pics and the photographer was really good but managrment has no clue about time management. If your scheduled in the evening, get ready to wait.... Last year was 2 hours. Better come early....

I worked for the company the management was very poor. It was never organized and the customer service was not up to par either. I always felt bad for the customers who would ask for a manager and she'd be nowhere to be found and the staff had to handle all of it. And then later te management would ask how a handled the situations.
