The Manager at the Augusta Mall Location has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She was very rude!!!!

I was very dissatisfied with my recent visit. My family and I are photographed at that location at least 4 times a year If not more.

They were running behind schedule. That's the 2nd time that I've been there and the Managers attitude has been UNPLEASANT...EVEN BY TELEPHONE SHE IS RUDE!!!

You sit for portraits at least 4 times per year ?

And you have a single annoying experience so you slam the company publicly ?

I'd bet they will be glad if you never return with your narcissistic tendencies and demanding attitude.

You must be fascinated with your own image and have an ego to match.

Jackson if you read carefully the person stated they had a bad experience TWICE...2ND IF THEY TAKE PICTURES MULTIPLE TIMES A YEAR IT'S THEIR BUSINESS & MONEY...NOT YOURS
