Portrait Innovations - Awful! Horrible Customer service at Patton Creek.

Pictures are subpar at best! Way too dark and they seemed annoyed that I wanted the ONLY good picture fixed. They eventually made it ok but didnt apologize for the inconvenience it caused me. The manager even expected me to take thr TWO shades darker picture because the process would take awhile to fix it.

Portrait Innovations - Bad customer service

I schedule my appt online for May 6, 2018 @ 11:40. I arrive @11 :53 am. I wasn't aware that you had 10mins grace period. The manager (Tesha) told us we got there. She put me as no show, very rude. I bringing my son to take graduation pictures in captain gown. The place wasnt crowded at all. She didnt try see they could work me in or let me schedule for today. Portrait Innovations - Very Poor Customer Satisfaction.

The Manager Uniqua has the worse attitude possible. She wasn't helpful at all and did not explain the policys and procedures before we started the section. I had my niece and she didnt make any effort to even try. Worse Customer Service Experince.

Portrait Innovations - Ride Manager

The one at Short Pump in Richmond Va was the worst experience. Manager was rude unprofessional and had no people skills. Place was dirty and I feel racial against white customers. We waited for almost 3 hours and because we were late made us wait. Took a walk in over us. I will never go back
