Had portraits done in with three Photo books for Christmas gifts, receive the pictures a week late call back in January for the picture books on back order. We were told they were going to look into it, a month later called back they said they will get back to us.

Five months later finally got a call from the manager saying they were unable to get our three photo books and we could be compensated $50 cash or $75 credit. Very unsatisfied with this company
