Portrait Innovations - Had an appointment at 410.... still waiting at 5pm

I had an appointment scheduled for 410. Walked in and told 30 mins behind. It’s 5 pm and still have not been addressed. I have 3 kids who are ready for pictures and now they are over it due to the waiting. I feel that they should have called to let me know they were running behind when I drove over an hour to get here. Definitely expected better. Doubt I will be coming back.

I went to Portrait innovations after speaking to their corporate office I was told I could use a coupon but when I got to the ballantyne location they would not honor it.. It was my son's graduation pictures and they did not care. Very unprofessional

Scheduled online for an appointment, get a call a while later that the appointment isnt available, have one 4 hrs later at the end of the day. Called back when I knew we could take the appointment it was however then completely gone so guess whos Mothers Day is going to suck, empty apologies aren't enough for a faulty system.
