What a terrible experience! I wound up walking out of the studio empty handed. The woman was rude and claimed the offer I had in my hand was no longer available. The coupon said it was valid until 10-30 (it's 10-27) and i called the day before to make sure it would work. I'm truly appalled by the lack of customer service I received. I had a similar issue 2 years ago and I haven't been back until now, I thought after 2 years it would be better. How foolish

Portrait Innovations Photo Book Review
Never got the books I ordered right, literally had to order them again for full price and the books I ordered at the time the photos were taken were sent to me wrong 2 times and had deadline for gifts, so threw the wrong ones in the trash, cause that's all they were good for and ended up loosing that money! Customer service sux and has no idea what there doing!

Very rude and misleading. Been goin their for may years and ever since this new guy started its went down hill. He question me since I walked n he door and wouldn't give me the coupon cause I came n with my sister. So I bought them out right and he made me pay more cause they was running a promotion. He didn't take good picture and was rude when u said anything. Then he was rude with the other staff when she was trying to help with getting a deal. The Peoria store is so rude!!!!!!

Horrible customer service My 2 years old didnt want to sit for a photo and they cancelled his session just because of that. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. NEVER GOING BACK. PORTRAIT INNOVATIONS IN HUNTERSVILLE NC IS HORRIBLE!

I went to Portrait innovations after speaking to their corporate office I was told I could use a coupon but when I got to the ballantyne location they would not honor it.. It was my son's graduation pictures and they did not care. Very unprofessional
