Received an email on 9/25/13 about a production issue with our canvas order.Supposed to receive a replacement by 10/4/13, never did.

Emailed customer service (CS) on 12/3, 12/4, 12/17, and 2/4/14. Never received a response from any of those emails. Sometime in January, I called CS & the lady said she would personally handle my complaint and have it resolved for us. Still haven't received a response nor a replacement.

Instead I had to use my stapler and staple the canvas back together! In my last email communication I even told them I would report them to the BBB and STILL no response!

I just faxed them the emails, maybe they will respond that way?DOUBTFUL!
