I was overcharged. I brought it to their attention.

Nothing was resolved or taken care of. In fact the manager argued with me and then said that she would rather just give me $2 cash back which was not at all the amount that I was overcharged. On top of everything else I'm honestly not very happy with my prints either. I have been going to Portrait Innovations for years with my daughter almost every other month and I'm extremely disappointed.

I'm not sure that I will ever return there again. I most definitely want to speak with someone about refunding what I was overcharged!
