My sister and I drove nearly 2 hours to have pictures at the Southaven, MS branch. We had 2 seperate family appointments with mine schedule time right after hers.

She was 10mins early and I was 30 mins early for mine. After waitin nearly 2 hours, Paula manipulates the situation and tells her manager Kera that another family was next. This family came 1 1/2 hours after me and my appointment time was also before theirs. So no matter what, I was next.

After speaking with them, they still decided to take the other familys pics which delayed my time there by 40 more minutes. I'm a professional and like doing things in decency and order and this was quite the opposite.

I felt disrespected and discriminated against and will never return. Why have appointment times if you dont follow them?
