I had an appointment at Portrait Innovations today at 1:40 in Delaware.We live in N.J.
so we had to pay the toll, sit in terrible traffic on 95 through construction, to arrive at our appointment. The place was packed. A mother nearby said she had been waiting over an hour for her appointment and hadn't been taken yet. I thought perhaps she was exaggerating, she wasn't.
The average wait was 2 hours today. We had other plans so we couldn't keep waiting. One of the workers was nice but the other one was very rude. She didn't think making us wait that long was a big deal.
The place had no tv or kids books or anything to occupy the little children that had to wait hours.
We walked out and don't plan to go back there.No customer service!
