I had an appointment on Sunday the 8th at 10:00. We were not called in to take pictures until 10:40.
Then we were to come back in an hour to 1-1/2 hours to pock up our pictures. We went back a90 minutes later and the printer was jammed so no pictures. Againtold to come back in 30 minutes to get our pictures, 40 minutes later STILL jammed.
Your company did not have the courtesy to call us and let us know this had occurred ! As of today we still do not have our pictures.
I contacted the manager Kelsey Coriz at the Albuquerque location and on Sunday she had told me I would get a discount of $30.
Spoke to her today and now saying I will get $ 30 for my next picture session. I do not want another session there, I want a credit as was promised, a $30 refund.
Please let me know who I should contact to speak about this horrible experience.
