Pick your pictures up when they first email you

Me and my family went and took our pictures two weeks before Thanksgiving and received them same day. However my canvas needed to be picked up and I was picking it up this weekend. But now I cant because they are closed. Someone please help I would like to receive my canvas.

I paid for my pictures and i asked for the big portrait and now the company is closed?! I want my money back. My session was probably 5 minutes with 2 poses and then they took someone else. Very unhappy.

Find another location other than the Lee's Summit location.

Family photos were taken, Three other family members had separate sessions taken after the whole family. Paid separately for there session. One family didn't get theirs and was told a mistake was made and would release them because more of the whole family were made by mistake. Took the CD back in the manager stopped the reprinting and said the only way they would be released is if the extra copies be brought back in, but the problem is they have already been given away as gifts for Christmas. This manager is totally out of control. Even knowing the mistake was her own employee fault. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Call for action here in Kansas City,Mo. Seeking help. Waiting on a response from someone who can help with this horrible experience.

Would not recommend using this studio around the holidays

I called and booked an appointment for a total of 10 family members (6 adults and 4 children) with Portrait Innovations in Camillus, NY for November 24, 2019 at 6pm. I was called by the studio on the Friday before to confirm the appt. and was asked to be dressed in the outfit(s) that we were using and ready for the photo shoot as soon as we arrived. Upon arrival at 5:30pm, there were several families at the studio and I asked the lady that waited on me how long we were going to be waiting. I was told that we would be taken in before 7pm. While waiting, I overheard a lady that was there ahead of us ask the same lady how much they would be waiting and was told they are an hour behind, and I thought nothing of it at this time. However, when it got to be 7pm and there were still families viewing pictures and other still waiting to be photographed, I asked again about the wait time. I was then told that after the families that were going in, there was another family ahead of us. That would've been (possibly) after 8pm before being taken. Now mind you, I had 4 children and most of us had not yet eaten because we were going out afterwards for dinner. I want to let you know that your company lost out on a large value. I was going to purchase a portrait set for my husband and myself, my daughter and her family as well as my son and his family to have for Christmas cards to distribute to their extended families. At this time, I have rescheduled for Dec. 8th at 10am; however, I am reluctant on whether I will show up or use another photography studio. I may be reached at: 315-317-**** or email: dlrs_65@***.com

My Family and I had pictures done on Saturday 12/14/19. I was told pictures will take approxi. 20 minutes to print, I came back 40 minutes later for the manager to tell me he's been too busy to edit my pictures and recommended for me to pick them up the next day even knowing that I live 45 minutes away. I went back Sunday to find my pictures blurred, christmas cards had the last name misspelled and our faces were shiny and yellowish looking. The manager again told me he was too busy to correct the issue. I asked for a refund and the manager Isaiah only printed out the form (he did not sign the bottom- and i didn't realize it until I got home. I called and spike to his higher up Katie and she promised to fix the pictures and email them so i can review them before printing out the pictures. Well here we are Wednesday 12/18/19...no email and not answering to none of my calls.

Make sure you don’t get ripped off

We were in studio last Saturday the 21st of December. I had a coupon for $ 29.99 add which comes with the 16 by 20 canvas free. I was told they arent doing that promotion anymore cause they ran out. I went home and saw on my coupon on my phone that the expiration date said January 5th. So I called to see if I could order one. They said no we dont have any canvases. I left it go. Yesterday I got 2 emails promoting 90% off canvases. I called back to ask about that. The girl had no clue about the promotion. We have been using Portrait innovation for 11 years in a row. I would like to get what was promised to us or we wont be back. I dont care if I need to wait a month or so. But I would really like a canvas. Or substitute it with something else.

COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS

Just to clarify to everyone; Portrait Innovations went out of business. NONE of the employees, not even the managers of the studios were told this was going to happen until the day it happened. (Which I believe was New Years Eve/Day) They were instructed to close the studio and that was it. The CEOs nor Did corporate give any notice that they were going to close their doors and did not allow any time for the studios to contact customers. It was very unfortunate for all involved because MANY people lost their full time jobs and sources of income. Please don’t blame the studio staff, blame the guys in charge of the whole operation. The staff were completely blindsided by what happened.

They didn't know they were going to close. Do you think they would be that heartless?

Do you think those associates knew that they were losing their jobs right after Christmas? No, they didn't. Corporate did but they didn't share that with their employees until the day they did it.

If you paid with a credit card then you can dispute the charges. If you paid cash, then you're sol.

My pictures

The Davis Family took pictures on December 28,2019. We had to leave before the order was processed because of a family emergency. We paid for the pictures $149. The manager said we can just come back on Sunday and pick our pictures up and no one was there at the store. I saw on the internet yesterday the location off Overton ridge in Ft Worth, Tx has permanently closed. Please help us get out pictures or money back!
