Portrait Innovations - Horrible management
I worked for the company the management was very poor. It was never organized and the customer service was not up to par either. I always felt bad for the customers who would ask for a manager and she'd be nowhere to be found and the staff had to handle all of it. And then later te management would ask how a handled the situations.
Portrait Innovations - Too expensive
We went to get pics for the my grandkids and their families. The $29.99 pkgs we thought we would get turned into a $250 pkg. We decided never to go there again!!!!
